The inception of Redline Motorcycles in 2005, by its creator Tristan Culvenor, was to primarily provide its clientele high quality, reasonably priced, friendly, honest and reliable service, covering all facets of motorcycle repairs and servicing. Since then, the business has reached another exciting dimension.
Redline Motorcycles in now fully mobile. That’s right, a fully equipped, state of the art workshop on wheels. The first of its kind on such a grand scale ever seen in the motorcycle industry in Australia. Equipment on board includes a dyno, milling machine, lathe, 20 ton press, TIG Welder and much more. Servicing mainly the South Eastern and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Gippsland, South Gippsland and Bass Coast. However, being mobile, Redline can go anywhere. You will also find Redline servicing the needs of racers at various race series across the State of Victoria.
Understanding that his customers were time poor, conflicting work and family commitments, the difficulty in arranging time off work to drop off and collect their bikes, plus the additional frustration of having to arrange alternative transportation to and from the workshop, born was the idea of providing a service like no other. Hence the mobile concept was formed.
Being raised in the country, Tristan’s passion for bikes began as early as 12 when he started riding dirt bikes. His passion for motorcycles lead him into the industry in early 1993. Tristan started road racing in 1995 and finished fifth in the 600 Superstock National Championship in 2002 and 2003. After some time away from racing, he went on to compete in and win the Victorian State Championship for Period 7 Superbike in 2016 and 2017 in and came third in the Australian Historic Road Racing Championship in Period 5 Unlimited Superbike in 2018.
